PresaleA treasury-backed oath

nosell.

Sell = burnBuy = pump

Sells go to the treasury. Buys go to the chart.

Presalers sell to the treasury, not the chart. Their tokens burn, they’re paid in stables, and only buys reach the chart until the treasury runs out.

Imagine

Imagine a chart that only sees buys.

Both charts get the exact same buys and presale sells. On the left, presale sells hit the pool like any launch. On the right, they go to the treasury and the tokens burn, so the chart only feels the buys.

Normal launch1.00x
Presale sells hit the poolNet buys $0k
No Sell DAO1.00x
Sells sent to treasury 0Tokens burned 0M

Both charts get $100k of net buys and 407M presale tokens sold, the same totals as the treasury math below. Multiples are against the presale price; redemptions are priced at the launch price. Pool opens at $30k / 110M tokens, log scale. Secondary holders can still sell on the chart, so a real chart moves both ways. Not a price prediction.

Mechanics

Presalers sell to the treasury. Only buys hit the chart.

While the treasury has funds, a presale holder’s only exit is the treasury. Their tokens burn, the pool never sees the sell, and the chart only takes buys.

The chart price
payout = tokens × chart price × (1 − tax)

Tokens burn, the payout arrives in stables, and the tax stays in the treasury. Presale tokens can only be sold on the chart once the treasury runs out.

Taxes

Buys go tax-free after 10 minutes. Sells never do.

Snipers pay 50% on the way in, so the treasury grows from the first block. Every sell after that pays at least 10%, on the chart and at the treasury alike.

Attack surface

How it handles attacks.

Buy on the chart, then redeem those tokens

What stops itOnly presale allocations can be redeemed.

Move the presale bag to a fresh wallet and dump it

What stops itPresale allocations sit in a claim contract that can’t transfer them. They can’t reach the chart while the treasury has funds.

Rush the treasury when the chart dips

What stops itFirst come, first served. Only once the treasury runs out can presale tokens sell on the chart.
The lore

Read it before you hold it.

Written at the seal of the NO SELL DAO.

Every cycle ends the same way. A launch, a crowd, a green candle that feels like a promise. Then the first wallet blinks. It sells into the pool, the pool thins, and the next wallet sells faster. By nightfall the believers are holding a chart that looks like a staircase into the ground. Nobody lied. The market just did what markets do when there is nothing underneath.

We counted those staircases for years. We watched builders get blamed for exits they never took, and holders punished for the panic of strangers. And we noticed that the damage always came through the same door: the liquidity pool. Every early seller walked out through it and took the floor with them.

So we bricked the door shut.

In the NO SELL DAO, a presale holder who wants out is free to leave. Nobody is trapped. But they do not leave through the pool. Their tokens are burned on the spot, gone from supply forever, and the treasury pays them what they are owed in stables, less a toll. The toll stays behind and makes the vault heavier for everyone who stayed.

That is the whole oath. Leaving costs you your tokens and a tithe. Staying costs you nothing, and every person who leaves makes the supply smaller and the treasury larger for the ones who remain. Conviction stops being a feeling. It becomes the arithmetic.

The public can trade as they always have. They are welcome, and their taxes feed the same vault. But the floor underneath them was set by holders who swore not to pull it out.

Brick, Keeper of the Door

He was mortared together from the very bricks that sealed the exit, and a pilot flame burns on his crown that never goes out. He does not trade. He does not blink. He stands with his arms folded across the lock, and any SELL ticket slipped under the door catches fire at his feet.

The oath
The pool belongs to the ones who hold. The exit belongs to the treasury.
