The fine print.

Points are not money

Points in The Paper Hands Game are off-chain records kept by NO SELL DAO. They have no monetary value, are not a token or security, cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for anything.

Game "stables", "treasury" and "burns" are game scores that illustrate the mechanism. They are not real funds.

Whitelist

Leaderboard position may be used to offer presale whitelist spots. A spot is an invitation, not a guaranteed allocation. The number of spots, timing and eligibility can change at any time.

We may withhold or withdraw a spot if we believe an account broke these terms.

Fair play

One person, one X account. Referrals count only when the invited account is at least 90 days old with at least 50 followers and completes a day.

Bots, farms, multi-accounting, fake engagement, buying posts or exploiting bugs can lead to point removal and a ban. Admin decisions are logged.

Your content

When you submit a Dump Diary or a post link, you let us show it on this site and on our channels. Do not include other people’s personal information, threats or doxxing. We may reject or remove anything.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any asset. Token details are subject to change. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose all of what you put in.

The presale may be unavailable in some countries. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.

Data

We store your X handle, display name, avatar, X account ID, the wallet addresses you add, and your game activity. We use it to run the game and the whitelist. Ask us on X to delete your account.
